We had a birthday dinner here and I can not thank enough the staff for making this a special night for us. They allowed us to decorate our table and bring our cake as well. The service was excellent. The food came out right on time and it was delicious. They even cut our cake and served it for us.

Great food, outstanding staff, 5+ stars. Always amazed every time we visit how awesome this place is. Food is outstanding, staff is top notch, owner Hugh is very friendly and goes above and beyond. And for a bonus, extensive wine selection and great cocktails

One of the best restaurants in Baton Rouge - food and service is always great and my wife and I love the atmosphere. Hudson made our special occasion memorable and he did a fantastic job. This place never disappoints and everyone should give this gem a chance it’s worth every penny

My husband and I went for our anniversary. The waitress and waiters were very nice and on top of things. Great, cozy atmosphere for a lovely night alone. Food was delicious!

The linguine and clam sauce was okay it needed a little more flavor and the clams were over cooked. My wife said here spaghetti and meatballs tasted like SpaghettiOs.

GREAT food here. Had the grilled tuna with steamed broccoli and the side Italian salad. Lobster bisque was some of the best I've had. Server was Mike and he was super friendly and helpful. Co-worker had the lasagna and said it was wonderful. If you are in the mood for Italian, this is your restaurant.

I am a repeat customer of this establishment but haven’t been in about 6 months. Our waiter was wonderful but I was disappointed in the menu changes. They no longer include a house salad with entree and the prices went up on certain items. The drinks weren’t as strong. Just overall disappointed.

Solid 4. Overall affordable food with expected dishes. Not going to knock your socks off but appropriate standard fare for a mid-tier restaurant. Standout dishes were the garlic and Parmesan bread with the olive tapenade and the gumbo was solid. Didn’t particularly enjoy the fish almondine… extremely oily and too much breading… but besides that had a solid experience. Slow and Low old fashioned was good.
